How to Open a Dispute
If a consultation was unsatisfactory:
- Go to your client dashboard and navigate to the Disputes tab.
- Click Open dispute and select the invoice or session ID.
- Describe the issue in detail and submit the request.
Resolution & Refunds
Our administration team reviews all disputes within 48 business hours. If the dispute is resolved in your favor:
- We will refund the debited calling minutes back to your wallet.
- You can use these refunded minutes to instantly connect with another expert.
