By accessing or using the Live Bookkeeping platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Live Bookkeeping provides a marketplace that connects clients seeking accounting, bookkeeping, and tax assistance with independent certified public accountants, enrolled agents, and bookkeepers ("Experts"). Live Bookkeeping does not directly provide accounting services; consultations are hosted 1:1 on our platform.
3. Wallet Minutes and Payments
To call or schedule sessions with Experts, you must pre-purchase minutes balance using Stripe. All sales of minutes packages are subject to our billing policies. Wallet minutes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
5. Limitation of Liability
Live Bookkeeping is not liable for any professional advice, calculations, or reports provided by independent Experts during live video sessions. All advice is provided by independent contractors directly to you.
